Property mediators is a free, non-biased service. When we tell you that you need to sell your home, it's because it's in your best interest. Realtors just don't have the time to dedicate to each and every client, and they end up needing to rely on an under-trained assistant. We will help with whatever the homeowner wants to do. A realtor won't help with the loan modification process, they'll just try to get the homeowner to sell no matter what. The realtor will only do the work once they know they'll be recieving a comission quickly.
